Really if you want to solve the problem don’t advise some time they may get irritated so instead of giving advise try to solve it…
2.Feeling to Quit
No-one wants to quit. But in hard times it’s difficult to go . If you listen these kind of talk just explain the life without getting frustrated . If the time passes it will be alright … Just cheer up😉
3. Communicate out of Syllabus
Plan to do newthings not only planning it must be done wisely to get rid of depression & make different experience.
4. Discuss about Hopes & Dreams
