The Modern Farming / Big dairy companies or Farmer’s inject their cows with rBGH ( hormone injected into cows to make them produce more milk ). This milk is not 100% artificial.
Although, typically a Cow lifespan is minimum 15-20 years. Because of it’s external injected harmone can cut their lifespan to 4-5 years.
It is because the stress put in their body the illness they suffer & continues cycle of pregnancies .
Drinking Milk may increase the strength of Bones as it has Calcium, but drinking this types of Milk may lead to Osteoporosis & some other problems.
Process of Milk ?
After the Milk has been taken from the cow it undergo 2 process :-
Pasteurization: It is the process of heating up raw milk for high degree & then allows to cool to kill the bacteria.
Homogenization: It took place after pasteurization, in this process it break down fat molecules in milk.
Is Fats Present In It?
Many health authorities recommend dairy to be part of a healthy and balanced diet.
Yes, Fats are produced in Dairy product’s Each milk product has its own unique fat content then this Milk are getting converted in to many dairy product’s such as Yogurt, Ghee, Cheese, Ice-cream, Paneer and much more.
